The location was particularly good, just off everything to do and see - ferries, trains, and more. Lucky that it was at a walking distance from Il Frantoio, offering food to go. - the breakfast was delicious and generous with bacon and eggs, offering an EXCELLENT view and strong coffee.

Staff was extremely helpful and gracious. The location is on the flat beach area in a very hilly region and we wanted to avoid too much hill climbing for health reasons. However, we were a 5-10 min. walk to the "old" center of town, not bad at all. beautiful views from the rooftop terrace!

The location was perfect and easy to get around to other villages and to the old town where all the restaurants were located. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Although our room was small we welcomed the outdoor roof terrace which overlooked the waterfront - Beautiful sunsets. Would recommend this property highly.
